Micromax becomes third largest smartphone player in Russia
Micromax has grabbed the number three spot in the Russian smartphone market according to the latest research from Counterpoint’s Market Monitor program. The homegrown smartphone handset maker has a market share of over 9% in Q4 2015.
Amit Mathur, Head International Business, Micromax Informatics commenting on its success in the Russian market, said,
This is an exciting time for us at Micromax as we are a step closer to our vision of becoming the part of the top five handset players in the world. Russia has been one of our focus markets in the past two years and we have seen a great consumer acceptance for the brand in the market. With our focus on affordable smartphone segment, 4G and 3G, we will continue to work towards consolidating our position in the Russian market.
Panasonic T33 for Rs. 4490
Panasonic has launched Panasonic T33 with 4-inch display, quad processor. It has dual SIM support, 3G connectivity and comes with support for 21 Indian languages. It also has a back cover with leather-like finish. The Panasonic T33 comes in Pearl White and Duke Blue colors and is priced at Rs. 4,490. It also comes with a free screen protection guard in the box. It is a bit costly since there are several smartphones in the price range that offer better specifications. It will be available across the country in the third week of July.

Samsung Galaxy A8 price and specifications
The Galaxy A8 has fingerprint sensor on the home button, making it the first Samsung A series smartphone with a fingerprint sensor. Now the release date of the smartphone has been revealed by a Chinese seller Suning Tesco, who is taking pre-orders for the smartphone starting today.

The Samsung Galaxy A8 comes in Black, White and Gold colors and will go on sale in China on July 17th. Even though the seller did not reveal the pricing of the Galaxy A8, the smartphone will be priced at approximately 439 Euros (US$ 483 / Rs. 30790 approx.).
Micromax Bolt D303 for Rs 3499
Micromax has launched Bolt D303. It has Swipe keyboard from Firstouch to translate and transliterate with patented ‘Swipe’ feature that enables users to communicate in their preferred language, similar to Unite 3 that was launched recently. It comes pre-loaded with 10 regional languages that includes, Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Oriya, Bengali and Marathi.

Oppo has announced

OnePlus One Specifications
OnePlus One is officially launched in India and the 64GB variant is priced at Rs 21,999.The OnePlus One nevertheless feels great in the hand. It's primarily made up of a quality matte plastic shell that extends around the back and sides of the device. This isn't a unibody construction, and this rear panel can be removed for customisation purposes, but it's firmly fixed in place with minimal creaking or flexing.
There's a metal-effect plastic rim that separates this rear cover from the glass front, which cheapens the effect ever-so-slightly, but it's thin and unadorned. It does mean that the aforementioned glass frontage appears to stand out rather than melding into the body of the phone, but it's not an unpleasant effect.
